For copyediting along with creative feedback, I charge $0.015/word. Because this can add up to a significant investment, I offer a free trial run. I will edit up to 2,500 words of your work for free to ensure that we work well together. Following the trial run, we will either correspond or meet via video-chat (or in person if you’re local!) to decide whether we’ll continue working together. For an additional fee, we can set up as many meetings as you’d like throughout the process!

For academic essays, theses, or technical work, I offer ONLY copyediting for $.01/word. This will not include creative feedback, as I am not an expert in your field; YOU are! Just like my creative service, I will offer a trial run of up to 2,500 words and a complimentary meeting to decide if we’re a good fit to work together!

This service is for bouncing ideas, workshopping small pieces, or discussing blocks and solutions. For $30, I will read the piece you submit to me ahead of time (up to 10,000 words) and offer a 1-hour creative (no copyediting unless previously agreed upon) consultation. This may be over video-chat or in person, if you are local to the Boise, ID area. After the meeting, I will return my suggestions to you. If you’d like to meet in person but are farther than 30 miles from Boise, there will be an additional fee for gas so that I can come to you. I will not travel farther than 100 miles outside of Boise.

Ghostwriting is a service for people who have a story to tell but are unable to do the writing for that story. I offer this service for memoirs, autobiographies, and other non-fiction pieces. I do not offer this service for fiction or academic pieces. Prices for ghostwriting vary widely based on the size and scope of the project; for a rough estimate, please reach out with a description of the project you have in mind. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
